My fees are as follows:

• Initial Consult: $0 (free) 15 minute session

• Individual: $175 per 50 minute session

• Couples: $195 per 50 minute session

• Families: $250 for 75 minute session

I reserve a limited number of sessions each week for clients that need a reduced fee. If I cannot accommodate your needs, I will be happy to offer a referrals for other sliding scale therapists. Couples and families are not eligible for sliding scale.

Insurance

I currently do not accept insurance, however, I can provide a receipt for you to file out of network claims for psychotherapy services.  

Payment

Payments can be made via credit, debit, or HSA card.  

Cancellations

Cancellations for scheduled appointments require a 24 hr notice.  Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notification will be charged the full cost for the missed session at the following session.

Initial Consultations

To schedule a free 15 minute initial consultation contact me at: angelaxpham@gmail.com or (281) 624-6211.  You can also click on the button below to request a new patient visit. You will not be charged for the consult, however, a credit card will be required to hold the appointment time for your free 15 minute consult. A $25 fee will be assessed if you fail to show, or do not provide 24-hour cancellation notice.
